Very professional, very honest about what work I needed and what I didn’t need, they actually saved me money by letting me know there were repairs that I didn’t need done to my vehicle, after being told at a different shop that I needed those repairs done immediately, they did not start any work without my approval first, and they always stand Behind their work, and the best thing about it was after the finished the repairs they even delivered the vehicle to my house, it was a very satisfying experience, they definitely put my mind at ease from the moment I walked in, I will definitely never go anywhere else.

Went in for a simple repair but it required a piece that was supposed to come with the car but didn’t. They advised me on what piece I needed to get from Toyota. I got it and returned to the garage. They took the piece and performed the service quickly as I waited in their very comfortable waiting area! Great job and great service!

Concierge Auto Repair in Spring, TX has been my #1 auto shop in the north Houston area for major repairs and diagnostics for several years. When I shop for businesses that will make me a repeat customer, I focus on honesty, quality customer service, expert technical skills and/or knowledge, and have pricing that is a win/win model for them and myself. Everyone at Concierge has been top notch and done excellent service on my Mazda CX-9. My recent visit was to repair a non-functioning driver door main lock switch they had to pre-order. It took them less than one hour and I was on my way with a feeling of safety knowing my doors were locked from within while driving or stopping at red lights especially at night. I highly recommend this shop.

When the transmission in my 2020 Tahoe failed, I took it to Concierge Auto as a first thought, not last thought. Jim and the team have built a solid reputation with me and others I have referred them to. They not only have well trained experienced mechanics, but their customer service is over the top as well. I highly recommend their repair center if you need auto repairs that are reasonable, fair and professionally performed!

The service here is outstanding. Jim was a joy to deal with. I originally went to them because my check engine light was on and I need a diagnostic done to see what the issue was. They did the diagnostic and told me what the issue was and gave me options on what my choices were. It ended up being that my mass airflow sensor and air filter needed to be cleaned (sensor) and replaced (filter). In addition, I needed my blinker assembly (on the steering column) replaced. I had the part but no one to replace it. Concierge Auto Repair made that replacement as well. Over all I'm very, very pleased with the service I received and will definitely return if I have car problems again. My roommate recommended them to me and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Absolutely the most honest repair shop I've ever used. The mechanics are exceptional and certified in everything. Took Concierge 1 day to find the issue on my daughters Ford Escape, Joe Myers had it for 10 days and couldn't figure it out. I highly recommend Concierge, Jim and the entire staff. I trust them, and they go out of their way to accommodate schedules. Pickup and delivery is awesome.

Concierge’s driveway pickup and drop-off service has made maintaining both of my vehicles seamless and stress-free. Outside of the dealership (while under CPO Warranty), this is the only shop I trust to service my Macan and 911.
